two fellas enjoying their sunday a little differently. pat patten is opting for the left hander at punta de lobos.
Once again, I have returned home from a trip where I just cannot believe how unbelievably fortunate I am. The ability to travel to another part of this big blue planet of ours is really something special, and something that I don’t think that I will ever take for granted. Even the 32 hours of constant travel has a bit of smoldering excitement to it. But the real enjoyment from my travels comes from those special moments that just present themselves. The ones you really don’t expect, nor could have ever predicted. As for my trip to Chile with Pat, the first of these special moments happened to find us nearly 4 months prior to even leaving the U.S. (Drake Smith, you know who you are!). Since that time, our stoke for Chile grew by the day. In fact, that stoke hasn’t stopped since we’ve been back. The following link is a web gallery of pics that hold plenty of stories for me and Pat. I hope to trade some of these stories with you sometime.

Jon- We love the pictures! They are seriously amazing. Thanks for helping us capture the moment (:)), and being so patient with us! I seriously can’t get over how cool these photos are. I can’t wait to see the rest of them next week! You are an amazing photographer. I feel very lucky we found you! Hope your week is going well!- Talk to you soon- Julie
A very lucky couple to have their love shine thru in these extremely tender photos. The settings were a wonderful embellishment to a great day of celebration. Much happiness to both Julie and DJ…..mc
